By popular demand, they added caramelized milk to their wild Bolivia maple bines. And guess what? They won a Canadian Gold and a Silver at the International Chocolate Awards in 2020-2021!
A rare cocoa harvested in the wild forests of Bolivia. They receive these beans, exceptionally, every two years because they are often difficult to access. Roasting is a delicate step due to the nature of these tiny beans.
